The Addiction Treatment Center Of Longmont

Studies show that people suffering from a substance abuse problem have a direct impact on a minimum of 25 other people...usually family members, people at work and members of their community. Often the reality of family life with alcoholism and/or drug addiction becomes one crisis after another...pain, heartache, agony, stress and emotional turmoil. Chances are that happiness seems like an unrealistic goal. But help is available for family members through the ATC Family Therapy Program.

ATC offers a wide variety of therapy options for family members living with the disease of addiction. This program enables family members to obtain the wisdom needed to know what one can and cannot change. Through education and self-exploration the ATC Family Therapy Program helps family members develop tools that will allow them to begin to take their lives back. The process of healing negative patterns of behavior takes time but at ATC we firmly believe that no situation is hopeless and that it is possible for family members and loved ones to find contentment and happiness, whether the substance abuser is still using or not. The ATC Family Therapy Group meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The fee for Family Therapy Group is $15.00 for each session.
